• Peter Anthony Estates, Martin & Co, Ascend (or other letting agents) will provide us with your details at the beginning of your tenancy.
We use the information that you have given us in order to: Contact you about rent/changes to your tenancy. To contact you about maintenance/safety reports.
We may share this information with approved contractors or management companies (e.g. the block managers of an apartment block.

Your information is securely stored digitally in our CRM (www.arthuronline.co.uk).
We keep personal information such as your contact details for six years (requirement by law).
